CoERS at IIT Madras was continuously working towards road safety systems which will decrease the crashes to a major extent. The objective of this workshop includes:
- Improving the road restraint systems on Indian roads
- Discussion on International standards for Crash barrier testing
- Does India have standards for Crash Barrier Testing?
- Stake holder’s insights on drafting Indian standards for testing crash barriers
- What are the best practices that can be adopted in Crash barrier testing?
