RBG Labs, based out of IIT Madras has 20 plus years of experience working as consultancy firm and providing guidance and expertise to various stakeholders, including state governments and industry bodies, on all aspects of road safety. Utilizing a multidisciplinary approach, we adhere to the principle of an Integrated Systems approach, focusing on the 5E’s: Engineering, Enforcement, Emergency, and Education, bolstered by Empathy (Human Factors). Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall project implementation across designated districts in Odisha.
- Plan and execute project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
- Coordinate with local authorities, government agencies, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- MBA with a focus on Project Management or a related field. Engineering as graduate is preferable.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in public safety, infrastructure, or development projects.
- Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and work under tight deadlines.
